Freemasonry is an organization of like-minded men who accept a lifestyle based on a universal system of morality dedicated to the self-improvement of its members and thereby contributing to the building of a better community.
The St. Andrew's Lodge Sunshine Fund is a Canadian Revenue Agency Registered Charity, first established by the Lodge in 1967.
Our CRA registration number is 891619181.
Through this Charitable Foundation, the Lodge engages in multiple charitable projects throughout the year.
Financial donations of $10 or more receive a tax receipt.
The Sunshine Fund is administered by members of the Lodge who are all volunteers. There is zero overhead incurred by the Fund which means that 100% of monies donated go to the programs we support. Wherever possible, recipients of funding from the Sunshine Fund should be a CRA registered charity. Currently, the programs we support are:
