Welcome to Old St. Andrew's

The oldest Masonic lodge in Canada and the British Commonwealth overseas.

Constituted 1750 as "First Lodge"  after petitioning for a warrant from the Provincial Grand Master of the Grand Lodge of England.

No. 188, 137, 118 United Grand Lodge of England 1814-1869
No. 1 Register of the Grand Lodge of Nova Scotia since 1869


Our lodge meets on the first Tuesday of each month between September and June in Freemasons Hall at 165 Coronation Avenue, Halifax, NS.

Festive Board: 6:00 pm

Meeting Time: 7:00 pm
Installation Month: March
